ReadyLoop
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated:
This policy explains how ReadyLoop (called 好用清单 in Simplified Chinese and くりかえしリスト in Japanese) handles information. “We” means the developer of this app, reachable at EasyFarmer@proton.me. This policy covers the app and this privacy-policy website.
1. Checklist content and device settings
List names, items, groups, ordering, checkmark states, memos, history snapshots you choose to save, and related timestamps are stored in the app database on your device. Appearance, haptic feedback, and sync preferences are also stored on the device.
The app does not require a developer-operated account, use a developer-operated data server, or integrate advertising or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not receive your checklist content through our own backend, sell it, or use it for advertising profiles. Normal checklist features do not require access to contacts, location, the camera, or the microphone.
2. Optional iCloud sync
When your membership entitlement is valid and you enable iCloud sync, including a previously saved enabled preference, the app uses Apple CloudKit to sync lists, associated items, memos, and history to the current iCloud account’s private database. Eligible devices using the same iCloud account with sync enabled can receive this data.
Apple handles iCloud accounts, cloud storage, and transfers under its terms and privacy policy; these are not developer-operated accounts or servers. Sync depends on the network, account, system scheduling, and service availability. An enabled switch or a successful local save does not mean a cloud backup has completed.
Turning sync off does not automatically delete local data or data already in iCloud. Requests already handed to the system may still complete; immediate cancellation of all in-flight transfers cannot be guaranteed. If membership ends, the app no longer authorizes enabling the membership sync feature, but it does not intentionally delete your local lists for that reason.
3. Purchases and restoration
Lifetime membership is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment, payment accounts, and refunds. We do not obtain card numbers or security codes.
The app uses StoreKit to read product information and Apple-provided transaction verification results, purchase status, and revocation status to determine entitlement. Restoring purchases contacts the App Store and may require system authentication. Apple may also provide sales, service, and diagnostic information under its policies.
4. Support email and diagnostics
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or diagnostics you choose to provide, solely to respond, troubleshoot, and handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, payment details, complete purchase receipts, or unnecessary private checklist content.
Development/debug builds may write on-device purchase and sync logs, such as processing stages, error codes, configuration identifiers, and list counts. This feature does not automatically send logs to the developer; release builds do not output these development diagnostics. Sharing logs is your choice. Apple’s system-level diagnostics are governed separately by its policies and your device settings.
5. Deletion, retention, and recovery
You can view, edit, and delete lists in the app. Deleting a list deletes its associated items, memo, and history. Editing or deleting a current item does not automatically rewrite history snapshots already saved.
With sync enabled, successfully synchronized deletions may propagate to other devices. Deleting only on the device while sync is off does not delete cloud copies. Where the system provides the option, you can manage app cloud data in iCloud storage settings. Device backups and offline devices may retain copies.
Local data normally remains until you delete it or the system removes app data. Uninstalling may delete data stored only locally. Only data actually uploaded may be recoverable when the account and sync requirements are met. Do not treat sync as a separate backup guaranteed to restore in every situation.
Support email is retained only as needed to handle inquiries, security matters, or applicable legal requirements.
6. This website and external services
This policy website is hosted on GitHub Pages. It contains no advertising, third-party analytics scripts, or external fonts and does not intentionally set tracking cookies. As the hosting provider, GitHub may process IP addresses, requests, and security logs under its privacy policy.
After you follow an external link or send an email, the relevant service handles information under its own policy. Email is sent and received through email service providers. Links to Apple, GitHub, and Proton policies appear below.
7. Security and your choices
The app relies on the iOS application sandbox and security mechanisms provided by Apple’s cloud services. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and Apple account and use care when entering sensitive information. Third-party processing locations and practices are governed by the respective provider’s policy.
You can choose not to enable iCloud, manage local and cloud data, or contact us to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights. The developer cannot directly read or delete another user’s private iCloud lists on their behalf; those actions may need to be completed on your device or through Apple services.
8. Minors and policy changes
The app is a general-purpose checklist tool and does not provide targeted advertising or profiling of children. Where required by applicable law, minors should use it with guardian guidance and follow Apple’s account and purchasing rules.
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change and revise the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated separately where appropriate, and consent will be obtained where legally required.
